Abstract: In this paper, we first introduced the mechanical structure of the new 3D printer¡¯s nozzle with waste PET as the wire. Then we verified the theoretical feasibility of thermodynamic theory analysis of heating and heat dissipation and simulation analysis carried out by ANSYS. Finally, the actual operation feasibility is verified by the physical printing test.
